Action Landscape, Inc. is a full service Landscape Design/Build Firm and Nursery specializing in residential and commercial landscape development. From the initial concept to the overall design, installation and follow up maintenance, Action is your one source for landscape development.

Action Landscape was founded in 1984 by Robin and Gerald Heuke, and is run jointly by the owners. What began as a small landscape maintenance company evolved into a full service landscaping and nursery operation. Action operates three divisions: Landscape Development and Installation, Commercial Maintenance, and Nursery/Greenhouse. Action's offices and nursery are located on 15 scenic acres in Jeffersontown, Kentucky (two separate locations). The grounds are developed into garden areas with retaining walls, waterfalls, pond, bridges, bench seating and plantings too numerous to name.

In 1999 Action Landscape began an 8 acre pot-in-pot operation. We are pioneers in our region in the innovative concept. The pot-in-pot container operation allows us to plant and harvest trees year round. It allows us to better manage fertilization and watering. When a container plant is installed, root damage is minimal compared to a balled and burlapped plant.
